If only part of your model number is matching with the one listed in the title this will lead to the item not being compatible with your computer, for which we can not be held responsible. This extensively tested Solid State Drive is not partitioned and it comes without Operating System pre-loaded.

Due to this the Solid State Drive is not yet bootable as booting requires an Operating System installed. To make this SSD bootable and use it as your system disk you will need a full Operating System Install Disc (a Recovery Disc is not suitable). Installing an Operating System on the drive is a very easy procedure, to start you have to ensure that boot sequence in BIOS is set in a way that your laptop will boot from the CD/DVD drive, insert the OS Install Disc and restart your computer. Once the installation has started the Install Disc will partition, format and install the OS on the drive, all you need to do is follow onscreen instructions and once the installation has finished you can start using the Solid State Drive.

Should you need any help please refer to the included installation manual. The Operating System Disc is not included. Kindly note that we can only process orders that we received by midnight the previous day. We are not liable for any data loss should the item become faulty. We strongly recommend that all valuable data is backed up regularly.

This is an upgrade product and not suitable to fix faulty computers or to replace failing drives. PCs are complex devices and therefore problems are usually more complicated than only replacing one component. If your PC is not working please take it to a repair shop to identify and fix the problem first. Our Solid State Drives come without connector adapter, cable, caddy, other accessories and we don't sell these parts as they are easily transferable from your old drive to the new one. If you can connect your old drive directly to your laptop without using an adapter then there was no connector adapter attached to your old drive so the new drive won't require one either.

In case your old drive has any connector adapter attached please remove and connect it to the new one before installing.
