Apple MacBook Pro 13 C2D A1278 Mid 2009 (250GB SSD)
Used condition MacBook Pro 13 Mid 2009 (A1278) model with an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 2GB of RAM and a new Crucial 250GB SSD. Physically, this MacBook is in decent condition but has some wear: there's some scratching to the bottom and top case, a few dings, the clutch cover is cracked but glued, and the bottom left corner of the display is slightly bent on the aluminum and plastic portion but not cracked and doesn't affect the display at all. These issues are purely cosmetic and do not affect the performance of the laptop in any way. Besides these imperfections, the laptop runs like new with no issues - it is fast, quiet and runs cool. It has a fresh install of MacOS El Capitan, and has TRIM enabled for a longer SSD life. I have tested as many functions as possible and everything works perfectly as intended. The trackpad and keyboard feel as good as new.
The SuperDrive/optical drive may be a little loud or clicky when a disc is inside, but it works as normal and reads discs just fine - the optical drive is able to removed for a dual HDD/SSD on the plus side. The system settings show that the battery has above 1000 charging cycles, but works perfectly fine connected to the charger and does hold a charge.
It has four new rubber feet on the bottom case. I have cleaned the MacBook thoroughly inside and out!
